Complete the daily checklist: At the end of each day, open your checklist and mark off every task you completed. If a box didn't get checked, it doesn't count as a done day.
Reply to buyers: When people comment, DM or ask about a product, answer them the same day. Your agents find the buyers — a fast reply is what turns them into orders.
